All pictures belong to this website and we will prosecute anyone taking our pictures to commit a fraudulent sale.  I also have the right to refuse service to anyone.

All babies sold for $1,000 or more come with a guarantee up to one year of age. Any puppies sold for under $1,000 comes with a 48 hour guarantee.  All adults are sold with a 72 hour guarantee.

We do not have sickly puppies like some of the breeders I have purchased from!  All of our babies & adults are eating dry puppy food at 7 & 8 weeks & we never feed wet food or canned to them because it is bad for the baby teeth & will also prevent the adult teeth from coming in.  A lot of breeders tell you to soak the puppy food until it is like marshmellows & add karo syrup then just maybe the puppy (or adult) will eat, what they are actually telling you is something is wrong with that puppy so DO NOT BUY IT!  All healthy puppies are eating dry food by 8 weeks!

Most of our Breeding yorkies have very impressive pedigrees & have the show quality look, they are 3 1/2 to 7 lbs, have very sweet baby faces, loving personalities, beautiful silkey coats, they are very smart & our very handsome males produce puppies weighing only 2 1/2 to 6 lbs as adults (see the parents on the parent page).
We have friends that raise small Yorkies, so there should always be puppies availiable for your enjoyment.

Puppies are priority shipped to most major city airports for $300 & $325 for the adults & larger puppies and we do ship to Canada. When shipping your pet we will purchase flight insurance, they will be shipped with a Current Health Certificate from a certified veterinarian, be up to date on all shots & wormers and will arrive in a nice Pet Carrier.  For those that would like to pick your baby up you are more than welcome to come to our home or we can meet you at the Ft. Smith, AR or Tulsa, OK airport, see more info for local pick ups below.

We will not hold your puppy any longer than 5 days after the deposit has been sent unless both parties have agreed in advance.

We do expect full payment plus the shipping cost to be paid in full at least 5 days prior to shipping.

When sending a deposit using pay pal to hold your baby with an e-check, debit or credit card please include the name & address for the check/card holder or we will not be able to accept that payment.

ALL PETS ARE SOLD AS PET/COMPANION (I.E. LIMITED REGISTRATION) UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE IN ADVANCE and a non refundable deposit of $300.00 will hold one of our baby's for 5 business days at which time the balance plus shipping will need to arrive unless more time was agreed upon prior to the purchase.  The deposit is applied to the purchase of the puppy!

We have quality yorkies and most of our puppies have a champion bloodline (pedigree's upon request).  We do DNA testing on all stud males to further the superiority of the breed and assure no faults.

WE DO NOT LIKE TO SELL OUR BABIES TO FAMILIES WITH SMALL CHILDREN.  ALSO, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GUARANTEE SIZE AS AN ADULT, WE ONLY ESTIMATE THE PUPPIES WEIGHT BY HIS/HER SIZE AT 8, 10 or 12 WEEKS AND BY OVER FEEDING, YOUR PUPPY WILL BE LARGER AS AN ADULT.

OUR LARGER BABIES ARE READY FOR NEW HOMES BETWEEN 9 & 10 WEEKS, THE TINY'S WE KEEP A COUPLE OF WEEKS LONGER.

We do not sell to breeders, brokers or pet stores but will give full AKC registration to the hobby breeder that only wants 3 or 4 adults to breed but then only if our males are are going to be 3 lbs or over, females have to be over 5 lbs as adults & we do not guarantee any dogs breeding ability.  We want our babies to be keep in the home as family members with full run of the home with NO CAGES, CRATES OR KENNELS TO LIVE IN & THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do occasionally offer puppies that are not registerd, they are of the same quality as the others but will not arrive to you with akc papers.  We will add "no papers" under the pictures so you will know which ones they are.

We cannot ship puppies on an “approval” basis, ask your questions before you send any money. Do Not send money unless you are fully committed to the purchase of the puppy and able to provide a loving home for its lifetime.

TEETHING: At around 5 months of age your baby will have most of his/her adult teeth. Yorkies, like many toy breeds will sometimes retain their puppy teeth and you may need some of the baby teeth removed by your vet.  If you are going to spay/neuter your puppy, you can have both procedures done at the same time.

We do not have problems with low blood sugar with any of our puppies because we breed only healthy adults but the major airlines recommend when you receive your puppy to give either Nutri-cal or Karo syrup, your baby will only need a dime size amount.  Until your precious one is adjusted to it's new inviroment I would suggest giving the Nutri-cal 3 or 4 times a day for the 1st couple of days then you will be able to dis-continue use or give as a daily vitamin.

We DO NOT guarantee the breeding ability or the size of the puppies or adults, only God can do that!  How we estimate what size a puppy should be at adult weight is: at 8 weeks double the weight & add 1 lb; at 10 weeks double the weight & add 2 ozs, at 12 weeks we double the weight & that should be the correct weight unless they are over fed.

Our puppies are guaranteed to be free of genetic defects for one year from their birthdate.

Parasites, internal or external, are not covered by our guarantee. While everything possible is done to assure all pups are free of them,  parasites occur in nature and can be missed by treatments.

If at any time you need to return your puppy we will accept him/her and place your baby into a good loving home.

It is best to keep pups away from other puppies, pet stores, city streets, parks and playgrounds, etc., until pups are 16 weeks of age and have had all puppy vaccinations (min of 3).

We have friends & family members that raise small Yorkies, so there should always be puppies availiable for your enjoyment.

LOCAL SALES:
If you plan to pick up your puppy here in Oklahoma, please remember that your puppy price does not include a vet exam or the cost .  I am very aware of genetic issues and do plan my breedings carefully, and I know what to watch for in a sick puppy but I am not a vet and cannot be sure of each puppies well being.  If you are picking up the puppy & wish for your puppy to be examined prior to the pick up, please request this and understand that $50 will be added to your puppy price.  This is very important if you drive a long distance and get the puppy home and your vet finds a problem it would be a long drive for a return of a puppy. I can  book you an appointment with a local veterinarian in this area if you would rather take the puppy for the vet check or can have him/her checked before you arrival.  Again, this has not happened, I am just making everything as clear for you as possible about what could possibly happen.

If we meet you at the Tulsa, OK airport then you will need to pay my driver $85 for the trip plus $50 for the vet check, see additional information above.

BEFORE EACH PUPPY IS SHIPPED, BY LAW THE PUPPY HAS TO BE HEALTH CHECKED BY A CERTIFIED VET.  IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PUPPY PURCHASED SUCH AS COCCIDIA OR ANY OTHER PROBLEM WHERE THE PUPPY WOULD BE CONTAGIOUS OUR VET WILL NOT SIGN THE HEALTH CERTIFICATE UNTIL THE PUPPY IS RECHECKED WHICH TAKES ABOUT A WEEK,

HOWEVER WE DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THOSE PROBLEMS HERE. WE ALWAYS LET THE BUYER KNOW AFTER WE TAKE OUR PUPPIES TO THE VET IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG SUCH AS A BAD LEG, KNEE, HEART, ECT...,THEN WILL GIVE A FULL REFUND THAT DAY IF THE CUSTOMER DECIDES NOT TO PURCHASE OR YOU CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER PUPPY. WE HAVE HAD YORKIES FOR OVER 10 YEARS & AKC INSPECTS US EVERY YEAR.  THEY CHECK OUR PAPERWORK, THEY HAVE TO SEE WHERE THE PUPPIES & ADULTS ARE KEPT & IF ANYTHING IS WRONG THEY WILL GIVE ONE CHANCE TO FIX IT OR GET FINED. AKC WILL ALSO DO DNA'S ON SOME OF THE PUPPIES DURING THE INSPECTION TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT PAPA FOR THE LITTER

THEY ALSO CHECK THE PUPPIES TO MAKE SURE ALL OF THEM ARE OKAY & WILL EITHER GIVE A HEFTY FINE OR NOT ALLOW YOU TO BE A MEMBER OF AKC ANYMORE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM. THE OTHER REGISTRIES DO NOT REQUIRE ANYTHING FROM THE BREEDER SO WE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! WE ONLY HAVE AKC BREEDING MALES & FEMALES SO YOU CAN BE ASSURED OF GETTING A QUALITY AKC PUPPIES!
