Health Guarantee
PURCHASER: Agrees to never sell said dog or give of said dog to any Pet Shop, pet farm or similar institution.
Your baby will be checked by our
certified vet before shipping & if our vet finds a problem of any kind
I will let you
know before shipping your puppy.
If you decided not to purchase I will either refund all of your money that
day or
you can put that money on another
one of my advertised babies, the choice will be your.
If, within 48 hrs of the puppy's
arrival (excluding Sunday), the purchaser believes the dog to be sick,
the purchaser
agrees to return the puppy to the
seller in good condition at buyers expense, with a letter from two examining
licensed
veterinarians stating the cause
of the illness. If the puppy is returned because of something that
our vet missed before
the shipping, the seller will either
return the yorkie to the purchaser in well condition or exchange the puppy
for another
puppy of equal value within a 3
month period, however if one is available at that time we will ship within
the week.
If the puppy is not returned to
the breeder within 2 days of diagnoses (excluding Sunday) the puppy is
considered
accepted as-is and our guarantee
is null and void.
After the inital visit to your vet
our guarante will not include minor illness, neglect, hernias hypoglyceminia,
coccidiosis,
luxating patellas, physical injury
and collapsing trachea, this can be caused by injury or the puppy not being
kept in
good sanitary conditions that were
produce after the sale. We do not guaranteed open fontenal (these close
as puppy
grows) and if it doesn't it should
never cause a health problem, or anything that can be treated by you or
your vet; it
does not include anything caused
by injury once the puppy has been put on the airplane or is in your possession
if
picked up. Breeder shall be notified
immediately in the event the puppy has an illness or does not eat well
before &
after the inital vet exam. Failure
to have the vet check done within two business days (excluding Sunday)
or to notify
breeder of illness or poor eating
before & after the initial exam will void this warranty. Puppy's are
very fragile and I
am sure you will want your puppy
to have a good healthy life so please give me a call. I have been
raising yorkies for
over 13 years and hardly ever have
to take my babies to a vet for anything except for the vet exam before
shipping.
If the puppy is to sick to be shipped
and the puppy should die then an autopsy will need to be performed immediately
at purchaser's expense by a veterinary
teaching hospital or state licensed DVM that has not seen the puppy before,
that is acceptable to the seller's
own veterinarian or this guarantee is void. If the autopsy shows the congenital
defect
as the reason for death and nothing
that could have happened while in the buyers care, the seller will provide
another
puppy of equal value to the purchaser
within 3 months and does not have to be from the same breeding sire and
dam.
The guarantee is void in the event
of an indeterminable or inconclusive diagnosis. If the puppy has a congenital
defect
then you will need to send the
autopsy report with the registration paper to the address the seller will
provide. Buyer
understands that any and all guarantees
expire 6 months from the date of birth. We try very hard to ship our precious
puppy to you in a well condition
so they can be loved and cared for by your family.
If this puppy is going to be around
other animals it is recommended that puppy be kept separate from
other puppies
until its vaccinations can become
effective and stress from changing environments is diminished. We do not
place
our puppies with small children
so please do not allow a small child to be alone with the puppy. Children
do not
realize how fragile puppies are
and it would be very tramatic for a small child if the puppy got hurt of
maybe passed
away because of something they
did plus you would loose the money you have invested in this puppy.
Seller: assumes no responsibility
for this puppy or adult with medical expenses, shipping, contagious disease,
low
blood sugar, hernia's that are
easily repaired by your vet after the puppy has adjusted to it's new inviroment,
needless
minor or major surgery preformed
by your vet, landlord's disapproval, allergy to animals, to the puppy food
you purchase, to disagreement of
family, or for any other reason, other than stated.
The breeder is not responsible for
any vet bills, shipping or any other bill regarding this pup nor is the
breeder responsible
for damages, physical or emotional
to the buyer's self or possessions and likewise to other individuals. The
breeder is not
obligated to replace a puppy whose
problem is a result of its new environment, needless surgery, anything
outlined in this
guarantee or the commercial puppy
food purchased. The prompt return of the pup must be accompanied by a written
diagnoses from two veterinarians
and in the event of death an autopsy must be performed at the buyes expense
to
determine the cause of death. If
an autopsy is not performed this guarantee is void. We will not replace
a puppy when
the puppy has been put to sleep
by your vet unless your vet and our vet agree to such drastic measures;
then only after
the puppy's food has been changed
to a quality brand. If the pup is not returned within 2 days of diagnoses
it is
considered accepted as-is and our
guarantee is null and void. Buyer pays for all shipping to and from my
home. Your
breeder is always willing to give
advice and help in any reasonable way in that the welfare of your new baby.
Your puppy has been on a vaccination
and de-worming schedule. Please take the New Puppy Information Sheet that
we provide to your veterinarian
so they can continue as needed. Also, your new puppy should be wormed regularly
for
internal parasites including worms,
coccidia, and giardia can create lots of problems in young puppies. It
is very important
to continue the vaccination and
worming schedule for your puppy. Even though your pup has been wormed every
2
weeks before you purchased it please
understand today's wormers are only effective against adult worms they
do not kill
the larva that remain in your puppys
system. Adult dogs develop immunity to many of these parasites but young
pups
need frequent worming to protect
them as they develop and it is the responsibility of the buyer to continue
the health program this puppy has
been started on.
All pups or adults are guaranteed
as pets only and we do not ship them for the buyers to try out, to see
if the puppy will
fit into your family so make sure
the puppy or adult you purchase is the one you want before you buy. We
cannot guarantee
color of the puppy, we go by the
color of the sire & dam. We cannot guarantee the size of the puppies
at adult weight due
to feeding habits, we go by a yorkie
growth chart as most breeders do.
No guarantee is given for show or
breeding quality even though they do have the show dog look & we do
not guarantee the
breeding ability only God can do
that. For the health of your pet, we recommend having your pet spayed or
neutered but
only after the puppy has had time
to bond with the family. Stress is very harmful to any puppy or adult
so do not give any
shots, micro chip or any surgery
that could cause problems for your pet until they are stress free from
the flight or drive &
have adjusted to their new inviroment.
When the pet leaves our home it is your responsibility for the care of
your pet &
there is no guarantee if you do
not follow the instructions in this health guarantee, the guarantee will
become void.
If you would like for your puppy
to be checked by our certified vet before you arrive to pick up your baby
we charge an extra
$50 to cover the expense or we
can make the vet appointment for you so you will be assured of getting
a healthy, happy baby.
The charge will include the vet
check, health certificate, acclimation (if flying out) & rabies shot
if old enough.
Any puppy under $1000 will have
a 48 hour guarantee only. Any adult purchased will also have a 48 hour
guarantee and if
shipped will be checked by my certified
vet. If picking your puppy/adult up you can have them checked by
our vet before
leaving the area.
Purchase Agreement
Buyer agrees to the following conditions
on purchase of pup. Buyer agrees to provide proper care for the pup, including
proper
nutrition, vet care, to give puppy
any remaing shots in the series of 3, to especially give care when puppy
is sick & to make
sure the puppy has exercise. Buyer
also must agree that under NO circumstances will this pup ever be turned
over to an
animal shelter or dog pound. In
the
event that the buyer can no longer provide for this dog, and cannot find
it a proper home,
the breeder must be notified immediately.
If a proper home cannot be found seller will take the puppy back and find
a good
home for the puppy but we will
not be responsible for the transportation.
Deposits are non refundable and
the last payment is due 7 days prior to shipping. If final payment has
not been received
or arrangements made by the shipping
date the puppy cannot be shipped. Once you have notified us that
the
deposit/payment has been sent we
will hold your baby for 7 days but please contact us by e-mail or phone
when sending
any money so we do not sell your
baby to someone else. We urge everyone when sending funds or paper work
by mail to
use registered mail and postal
money orders. You can send the deposit using Paypal but please add
3.5% to cover paypals
fee's for using their services.
Purchaser agrees that no charge backs of any kind can be requested at any
time, this will
include any type of credit card,
e-check, paypal or any other form of payment and we do not accept personal
checks.
It is further understood and agreed
that no warranty representation has been made with respect to said puppy
other than is set
forth in this agreement.
This guarantee is non-transferable
and all puppies are sold as pets with a limited registration unless agreed
to by both parties
before the sale. Sale is to be
considered initiated & finalized in LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
If buyer should ever decide to
take seller to court for any reason,
buyer will be responsible for all costs incurred including sellers attorney
and the suit can
only be filed in LeFlore County,
Oklahoma.
The buyer must sign & notarize
this entire agreement & return it to me within 48 hours of delivery
of the puppy or the
guarantee will become null &
void.
This is my home where my babies live up
to 4 1/2 months of age. My double wide home is directly
in front of my dog house.
