If a male dog is neutered before he reaches puberty he should not have any desire to mark,
they shouldn't even lift their leg to pee but will squat.

You can send a $300 deposit to hold your yorkie baby using
pay pal! We will also accept Post Office (government) money
orders, Cashiers Checks, Money Grams, Western Union
or bank wire transfers for the balance.

No yorkie puppy is considered sold until a deposit is recieved.
Deposits are non-refundable.

deposit to hold your yorkie baby? That is not allowed

We will not hold your puppy any longer than 7 days
after the deposit has been sent unless both parties
have agreed in advance.

We do expect full payment plus the shipping cost to
be paid in full at least 5 days prior to shipping.

When sending a deposit using pay pal to hold your
baby with an e-check, debit or credit card please
include the name, address, phone number & e-mail
address for the check/card holder or we will not be
able to accept that payment.

There are family members & friends with yorkie ads
on my website, they will be responsible for their
puppies & adults sold on this page!

Breeding Parti Color Yorkies

On the average of 4 puppies you will get the following results.

Parti to Parti = All Parti puppies

Parti to Carrier = 2 Parti / 2 Carriers

Carrier to Carrier = 1 Parti, 2 parti carriers
& 1 traditional puppy.

Carrier to traditional = 2 carriers, 2 traditional puppies.

Parti to traditional yorkie = all parti gene carriers

Parti Carrier to traditional = 2 parti carriers, 2 traditional color

Since this is only an average you may have more less parti puppies in a litter

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why are deposits/payments non-refundable?
A: We do not offer cash refunds. Sorry no exceptions. We take finding our puppies a wonderful
forever home very seriously. We are committed to our puppies as well as to you the buyer. If you
are not 100% sure you are ready to bring a beautiful baby into your life that will depend on you
for everything then please wait.

Q: Do you sell to other breeders?
A: Some of our pet female puppies are too small to ever be bred but on the larger ones we will
sell to hobby breeders or to breeders that have nice outside runs so the puppies can play but
we do want them to be able to have heat & a/c available to them at all times especially if it is to
hot or to cold outside. All pet puppies come with a limited akc registration unless we agree to
the full breeding before the puppy is purchased!

Q: Can I call you if I have questions after the puppy arrives?
A: Yes! Past puppy parents are like part of our family & we encourage calls from
them before 10:00 p.m. central time!

Q: What is the cost of shipping? And can you tell me more about shipping?
A: Shipping is $300.00 for the puppies & $350 for the larger puppies & adult yorkies.  The
shipping charge will include the flight, flight insurance, vet exam, health certificate, rabies
shot if old enough, acclimation & a nice pet carrier.

Q: Can you micro chip my puppy?
A: We do not micro chip our puppies but my vet will be able to when the puppies are taken
for the check up before the flight & I believe he charges $40.00 or your vet can micro chip
after he/she arrives to you. However do wait several weeks because your baby needs to
adjust to it's new inviroment!

Q: Will I need to continue the series of shots after the puppy arrives?
A: If the puppy is not 12 weeks old when shipped then you will need to continue the
series of 3 shots but your vet will be know when to give by you telling him/her when
the last shots were given. However, do not give your baby ANY vaccines until he/she
has had time to adjust to you, your family & the new inviroment.

Q: If I pick my baby up will you still charge me for the health check & rabies shot?
A: yes, we charge $50!  I pay my worker to take the puppies to the vet then our vet
charges us for the exam & rabies if old enough so we will have to pass that on to
the customer.  However if you would like we can schedule a vet check for you to
take your baby to our vet the day you arrive so you will know if your puppy has
any problems before taking him/her home with you.
